The first time eating here and the Build Me Up Burger was amazing and the crinkle cut fries hit the spot! I will definitely order again

Couple of issues. First off, the meat of the burger seemed unusually dry and unseasoned. And despite asking for All-American sauce, I didn't notice any kid of sauce while I was eating the burger. Also, the amount of fries I received, while tasting good, left something to be desired.

Burgers were so dry with no flavor, although they had thickly sliced toppings.
