Although the prices are insanely high (I guess that's everywhere these days), the food was overall great. The Eggroll Sampler is so tasty and stuffed well on the inside with a range of crispy to soft/chewy shells . The variety of sauces pairs well. Saving the Shrimp and Chicken Gumbo for tomorrow so I'm not sure the taste, but of course they were stingy on the shrimp smh. The Cheese flatbread fell apart easily but still good with a crispy crust. Crispy Brussels Sprouts are amazing in the sauce. The Reese's® Peanut Butter Chocolate Cake Cheesecake delicious as always; is very sweet though.

Nice variety in their menu and it is consistently good across different locations. Portions are large, which offsets the medium-to-high prices. The food is fresh and they also offer many healthy options, for those with dietary restrictions.
My favorites are their asian-inspired dishes: Thai lettuce wraps, spring rolls, chicken dumplings / potstickers, and the Orange Chicken is my go-to order.

pasta is always to die for,they also do a good job at following instrustions and it's always fresh. And that cheesecake sent me to heaven. I definitely wish I ordered two slices but the portion is very nice too!

Second time ordering DoorDash delivery from Cheesecake Factory at the Willow Grove Mall. The driver was great, the order was SUPER disappointing! The Shrimp Scampi was such a small portion, like half the size as eating in house- for the almost $30, very unhappy. The Grilled Fish Tacos were super salty, I think it was the sauce, picked the fish out from around the sauce and tortillas. (Full Portion) Thai Lettuce Wraps with Chicken, again about half the size as eating in house. I did order on Christmas Eve, but thats not an excuse to pay so much to be disappointed and hungry.
All in all, I will never order takeout from them again, and will eat in house if im craving it.

The Thai Chile Shrimp were NOT cooked crispy.The breading was very soggy and hardly any sauce on them.You only get 6 small crab bites. The funny thing is they use they use these very large containers for such a small portion.

Our whole cheesecakes are served deeply chilled. They travel well and can be stored in your freezer to enjoy later. Defrost in your refrigerator for approximately 2 hours to enjoy at home! All cheesecakes and specialty cakes come in 10-inch sizes, serving 12 – 15 people. Our most popular cheesecakes are also available in 7-inch sizes, serving 6 – 8 people.
