I ordered the Valentine’s Day Dessert Box as a surprise and was disappointed to see what actually arrived. There were not many strawberries as shown in the picture and they were frozen. I spent quite a bit of money on this and it seemed to be a bit of a mess and looking quite sparse.

They didn't have the items we ordered but this place not only refunded us, but added another item from our order to compensate us for it. What amazing customer service. On top of that the food here tastes amazing and the portions are really generous, will definitely be ordering again :)
