I was given a $10 coupon towards my next order from the Chicken Shack gives me one more reason to rate them 5 Stars. It came in really handy as I'm scraping the bottom of the barrel for cash at present. That also determined which item I chose to hungrily devour. At just over $13 and a half bucks, the Buffalo Chicken Fries is my go-to favorite. Their Buffalo Sauce is just right, not too hot and a tanginess that makes your mouth water just thinking about them. With the portions big enough to easily feed two, a coupon for $10, my total bill, tip included was a little over $9 bucks. That's the very essensce of "Winner, Winner, Chicken Dinner"! Get it, eat it, LOVE IT---what more can one ask for?

The food itself is good, but the portions have definitely gotten smaller. They used to fill the entire Styrofoam container with food. Now they put a much smaller paper tray inside the same large container, which makes the reduced portion pretty obvious. For the price, I expected the portions to stay consistent.
Another ongoing issue is that they rarely include basic items like forks, napkins, or straws with takeout orders. Those are small things, but they matter when you’re ordering food to go.
I’ve eaten here before and enjoyed it, but between the smaller portions and missing utensils, the overall value and attention to takeout orders have gone downhill.

Chicken has no flavor, was not crispy and strips were very small. Tried to do the bogo potato salad but discount would not show in total. Last pic with lighter is for size reference all 3 pieces were this size.. I'd say go to krispy crunchy chicken 2x as big and crispy fried fresh

Bacon Chicken Ranch Wrap was nothing special. It was on the smaller side and didnt have much ranch.Chicken Salad came with 2 small cups of Ranch and there was hardly any chicken. probably wont order again.. not with those prices.

The Chicken Wrap was excellent. It was so big that I made two meals out of it and the Garlic Fries were terrific too. The Chicken Shack is one of only a few restaurants that I take the time to give a review. They (IMHO) are that good. I highly recommend them, I guarentee you won't be disappointed.
