I paid $14 for a large seafood gumbo. when I opened it up, there was half a pint of gumbo. It was good, but I paid an extra $5 and change for a large order. I highly doubt it was a large order. The boudin balls were good. the meal did not even come with silverware. I ended up paying $42 for half a pint of gumbo and 8 hush puppy sized boudin balls. the food was good, but feel jipped for the price I paid.

I only got 3 shrimp and 3 burned oysters. The Styrofoam box was melted like someone had microwaved some old food in it instead of cooking my order fresh.
I've always been happy with Chimes until now. This was terrible. For $25+ I expect a big seafood box, but I literally got 3 old shrimp and 3 old burned oysters. I feel severely cheated and I'm afraid to ever order again now. I feel like I got totally jacked out of my money.

It was a spoonful of jambalaya and dry for $25.
The MACARONI & CHEESE was majority oil and burnt; also very small for 6.00

i've gotten several good things from this restaurant, but the catfish was absolutely disgusting. The majority of restaurants that make catfish these days do not leave the silver scaly stuff inside of the fish, but they do here, so if you don't like that, stay away from any of their catfish items.

The Red Beans & Rice are so good, very spicy probably because I'm pregnant lol I always enjoy the Blackened Salmon Alfredo but tonight the pasta was so bland like there wasn't any seasoning in it and the salad is yummy with the Bleu cheese dressing. Lastly, the bed is much smaller than the one they would have given me in the restaurant.
