The Classic never disappoints! Felt like staying in tonight so I ordered it in, and it was awesome. We got beef bourguignon and Children's radiatore pasta with chicken. It was fresh and absolutely delicious. I never thought I'd do takeout from here because it's just too good in person (and takeout is rarely as good as dine in), but we should've known - the team there always executes! I will say, we do live within 5 minutes, so that definitely helped the freshness I'm sure, but overall I can't say enough good about this spot. Do yourself a favor and go dine in - their service is as stellar as their food. We absolutely would order again.

Our order from The Classic was missing two orders of mashed potatoes and the beef tenderloin medallions were all over cooked. We had requested medium-well on two orders and they were all well-done + with one medallion so tough as to be inedible. The shrimp and okra fritter was very greasy. The grilled asparagus was good but only provided 5 small spears for $13. We used to enjoy this restaurant but will not be ordering from them again.

The Chicken fried steak blue plate special was so tasty! It was seasoned well and the meat alone was enough for two. At first glance, I was skeptical because of the unassuming waxed paperboard takeout containers, but I was so wrong! The french style green beans were very fresh and the garlic mashed potatoes were exactly what I imagined when the craving for comfort food struck. I was especially thrilled about the price. If this entrée cost as much as the other menu items, I might not have had the pleasure of trying it. I'll definitely order this again... and again! 😊

pie is 13.20 it was the tiniest little piece I wouldn't even call it a piece, I would've been embarrassed to serve that to any adult.Food including mashed potatoes beef and green beans had so much pepper it was inedible. NOT RECOMMENDED

The Texas sheet cake is like 2x2 in size and costs over $13 - it's a total rip off. The CFS is just OK. Had high hopes based on past reviews.
