Banana Bread was burnt, stale and cold. Traditional Lemonade is not lemonade. It is carbonated water with ice and a piece of lemon. Very disappointing

First Dasher cancelled. My order was not made fresh when the new Dasher turned up, so 45mins late and it was cold, soggy and inedible. Didn't ask for cherry tomatoes, got them in the cold breakfast which made toast soggy. Eggs were hard and horrible. Usually good food, but not this time. Coffee was good though

They forgot the hollandaise, so it wasn't Eggs Benedict.
I got room-temperature bacon and overcooked eggs on hard toast.

Muffin was nice but wasn't warmed and hot chocolate was too strong. Am a bit disappointed
