Mixes roses bouquet was delivered on time, flowers were fresh and the store added a personal note with the flowers which I'm super happy and thankful about!

Instead of the Rainbow Alstroemeria Bouquet (10 ct) that my husband ordered me, they gave me the carnation bouquet, but still charged $3 extra for the Rainbow Alstroemeria Bouquet (10 ct). Still happy to get flowers, but I love the rainbow ones better.

I'm usually a fan and have gotten these flowers many times before. Flowers today were half dead. Not sure if this was driver or store but pretty disappointing.

They do not tell you when items are out of stock before delivery, so you don't get the chance to replace an item that may be the main part of your gift. Disappointing customer service.

I didn't know how to change the name on the doordash, so I left it in the instructions that it was for someone else, the flowers were delivered right to him. They were delivered beautifully.
