The chicken could use a dash of sea salt to allow for that sweet and salty combo. Other than that delish.

Unfortunately despite really loving the tofu scramble at location in Nashua, what my wife and I both got was very watery overall. the overcooked tomatoes and greens are probably to blame for that. the tofu was hardly broken up, the toast was damp, which I'm confused as to why the steam vents were not open if that was the packaging choice?
Honestly thanks to sensory issues we can't even eat this until we fix it ourselves. I'm pretty bummed cause I was excited to order from my new favorite breakfast place. Door dashing breakfast is not something I do a lot, so this was disappointing.
(We did add our own vegan cheese which we would have done if it had been the quality we were expecting)

Such a joke for what you pay. A barely put together omelet with one slice of toast. Make your own or order elsewhere.
