first time ever trying food here.
serving sizes are HUGE. everything was hot and fresh. chips even stayed crispy for the Loaded Chick fries.

Very annoying. My son ordered Loaded Chicken snack pack (from his Doordash account) and guess what it was loaded with fries and about 2 little pieces of chicken. What a waste of time and money. They are just making a fool out of us. KFC would have served a better loaded chicken meal than what we expect from The Grill Guys. Highly Disappointed and will not refer this to anyone.

I ordered the Loaded Mix Medium during the Buy 1 Get 1 Free promotion. The flavour was great and the fries were nice and saucy, which is exactly what you want in loaded fries, but the portion felt underwhelming for the price. With delivery, the order came to just over $40, and I’d say it’s really only good value when there’s a promotion as it $32.95 without. Tasty, but the serving size doesn’t quite justify the cost at full price.

Disgusting. Ugly Presentation, chips were cold and overcooked, chicken rushed and cut in very large portion and very chewy as it was overcooked. Pickles were missing.
Sauces was disgusting.
Save your money and order elsewhere!!

delicious but even 2 for the price of one Loaded Mix Medium (Buy1 Get1 Free) was not worth it for the size. The Fish & Chips with Tartar Sauce was alright for the price but not a very big piece of fish (like 25% fish the rest chips. I don't know if thats the usual for this place but that's what it was.)
