Shawarma chicken sandwich tasted great. Chicken was seasoned well and fresh. I also liked the white sauce. Very tasty. Hummus was made from scratch. A little too much lemon for me personally, but overall tasted good.

Chicken Regular Platter - RICE WAS UNCOOKED OR WAS THE LEFT OVER FROM THE WHOLE DAY... THE LAST BIT LEFT IN THE VESSEL... CHICKEN QUANTITY WAS LESS... WHITE SAUCE WAS LESS... LETTUCE WAS UNCHOPPED ... BIG LEAVES WERE JUST STASHED IN.... OVERALL PATHETICALY PACKED... THE HALAL GUYS WAS ON THE TOP OF THE LIST SINCE FIRST TRIED ON 47th STREET IN NYC BACK IN 2017 AND SINCE THEN ITS BEEN ON THE LIST OF FAVORITES BUT DELIVERY ORDERS ARE BITTER EXPERIENCE ON AVOIDING IT IN FUTURE... EVEN THE ORDER FOR MY KID CHICKEN Small Platter WAS RIDICOLOUSLY MADE... ASKED FOR ADDITION WHITE SAUCE $0.99 each and a RED SAUCE $0.99 WERE PAID IN THE ORDER BUT STILL DID NOT RECEIVE ANY HOT SAUCE... CLEARLY SHOWS ... STAFF IS EITHER LAZY OR THEY ARE NOT INTERESTED IN SERVING GOOD QUALITY FOOD TO MAINTAIN THE EXISTENCE OF THE BRAND NAME THE HALAL GUYS... NO WONDER OTHER CHAIN RESTAURANTS LIKE SHAH HALAL , GYRO KING, NAZ HALAL ARE TAKING OVER THE MARKET AND PEOPLE ARE AVOIDING "THE HALAL GUYS" WHICH IS BECOMING JUST A HYPE.......

Got only one small packet(transparent packet instead of the regular sauce packets) of white sauce which is not enough ,Usually two sauces are provided with the order .Called the store and they said currently due to shortage they are giving only one packet .You cannot charge customer the same price if you are not providing all condiments with the order .Tomato is less too.This is not worth the $16 I paid

The chicken wings on my Small Platter were very small, and there was only three. The Baklava Cheesecake was stale, and chocolate when I didn't order chocolate. Overall, definitely not as good as other locations.

There was more than enough in the regular platter for my husband and I to split. The food was fresh, fast, and flavorful.
I look forward to snacking on leftovers tomorrow. Regular PlatterHummusFrench Fries
