My first time ordering from here and it was fantastic! I couldn't wait to eat my Spicy Sausage, Pepper Jack & Egg Jalapeno Biscuit, the Muffin Tops was moist and fresh and not pictured was my Coral Reef drink that was also tasty! 10/10.

the Freshly Brewed Coffee wasn't sweet despite adding 3 different sweetened flavors in there, it wasn't very creamy despite asking for cream, and the Bagel was essentially just lightly warmed, not toasted. The coffee also leaked all over the bag, and the order took almost 30 minutes for a coffee and a bagel. I don't think I'll be ordering here again, I feel like I wasted my money

Matcha was watery and gray barely had any matcha in it, the Cold Brew Coffee tasted like mint and the Caramel Hazelnut Mocha was way bitter than what I have tried in the past all 3 of these were not finished cause of the bad flavors.
Caramel Macchiato was decent and the Hot tea was fine but it's not hard to make that.
This location seems to always have problems. I'm guna stick to the Los Lunas location from now on cause they are perfect.

The coffee is always on point with The Human Bean! Can't go wrong with the Snowy Mocha latte. It is the perfect blend of sweet and caffeine. I got little happy messages written on my coffee today from the team, and it was a sweet gesture I very much appreciated. 😊 I enjoy the chocolate covered coffee beans as well. They are very tasty and aren't bitter like others I've had.

First of all I love the fact that they do have milk alternatives, that was a huge plus for me. My daughter loved her chai latte. However my lavender latte was extremely sweet.. But on the positive side I was able to make it into two drinks because I needed to water it down a bit.
