How did they mess up a coffee?!
Asked for HOT and got iced...
Sandwich is also much smaller than their Medford location's exact same sandwich order.

I had been door dashing the same thing and the last two days my drinks have been half full. One kids hot chocolate and every other time it's been completely full, $4 for it and half full and then yesterday Americano $6.60 for a half full cup. I will not be ordering from here again. Taking my business somewhere else. Very disappointed when I call and talk with the manager and she said oh I'm sorry but nothing else to make it right but get half of the money back through door dash when it's not door dashes fault at all.

The buscuit sandwich came hot! Not soggy (never had a soggy sandwich from here for the record) delivery is sometimes a toss up with how food will arrive, this delivery was flawless! The frozen espresso with Carmel sauce and pumpkin flavor is giving me fall vibes. Great breakfast! Thank you.

This is pretty stupid, i ordered a 32 oz drink and it's not filled up all the way And I called them and said they only use ONE 16oz can and the rest is ice so it gets filled up and come to "32oz" Im not paying $8 for ice this is stupid.
