Got the Oxtail, came exactly as pictured with rice n' beans and pickled cabbage (I think?). The oxtails were flavorful and tender, and they give you a generous portion of rice to slurp up all that oxtail juice goodness. The only way this could've been better was if it came with more oxtails lol (I got 3, not sure if thats the same for every order). Will definitely be ordering again soon, part of me debated ordering a second plate before I had even finished my first bite... no lie.

Jerk tofu is a flavorful and delicious option for anyone who wants a vegan choice. We always get it and the portions are generous and always fresh. The curry chickpeas are perfectly complemented by rice and beans, and the coleslaw adds a sweetness that rounds out the layered flavors of the chickpea curry. The plantains beautifully accompany any dish. You can't go wrong with any of dishes at The Karibbean. Superb customer service with dishes made with love. It brings sunshine, heat and the sophisticated flavors of the Caribbean to the Upper Valley.

Oxtail is very good but note that there isnt a lot of flavor - not that I minded because I want the meat to shine. It does come with rice and beans, which I wish was listed on the menu AND I wish had more flavor. Coconut Brittle was good but be prepared for the grainy texture of coconut and it can be a bit too sweet

There is not a better restaurant in the entire upper valley. Friendly staff, incredibly delicious food, great portions. Our weekly go-to for take out.
