Matador is our favorite restaurant! The food is always excellent! We recommend the carne asada, the garlic shrimp, the chicken wrap, the romaine salad ... tbh I could just list their entire menu. There is nothing better on a rough day after work than a margarita with some Matador Guacamole, Chips & Salsa. Matador just makes life better.

The guacamole was great, it did have a few too many onions. You can tell they have been reading reviews about it not being full since it was filled to the top. The chicken tortilla soup was great, especially after I put a ton of their habanero salsa in it. I got the bowl, and it seemed like they didn't fill that container as far as they could have.

There was something bitter in the burrito that ruined the other great flavors. I thought it was the sauce I chose so I ordered it two separate times (roja then verde) but still didn't enjoy it. Others may love it, its a large burrito with lots of ingredients (they dont skimp on it). So the quality is there, just didn't appeal to me. Now the Guac- that was fantastic. Fresh and full of flavor. Highly recommend.

$12 Matador Guacamole, not even 3/4 full, really? Chips & Salsa container for $5.50 wasn't full. It's one thing to overcharge, but to overcharge and completely underdeliver is very disrespectful to your customers and that is unforgivable to me. I spend a lot of money here, ordering at least once a week, but now I'm done.

These were amazing. Still 5 stars even though I found an avocado skin in the guacamole. It still shows me the freshness of the food and quality. It was delicious. It was the perfect amount and I will be ordering again tomorrow, but I'll be trying something different.
