I just wanna say that normally my hot mess melt is on point and is so good. However, today my hot mess was more of a hot onion and bread mess. There was virtually no meat therefore, it was not at all satisfactory.

My mom and I were so excited to try this restaurant and their pictures of items looked delicious. So we placed order for Hot Mess Melt - Combo seasoned steak fries and added a side of the Onion Rings also the lemonade and and a ice water. However, when the food arrived to us we were Very disappointed ALL of the food was cold, not a hint of warmth at all. The fries and onion rings were very small portions and the seasoning was missing from the 6 fries that claimed on menu were seasoned. These fries were barren of even a lick a salt. The Hot Mess Melt - Combo melt that looked so good on menu wasn't even warm, cheese was not fully melted, and there was zero flavor, so greasy all I could taste was the grease. As well as the portion size of the fries and rings looked like someone had already eaten some of it before arriving unless that's their normal portions if so it's not worth the price. We wanted to like y'all so bad too because we all love a good melt! Thank you Stay Blessed

Probably some of the best onion rings I've ever had and that was sandwiches were just packed to the brim. Between the delicious bread great cheese and sautéed onions. Loved every bit of it. I will be ordering again.

most definitely ordering again Bacon Me Crazy Melt was amazing and so.was the Hot Mess MeltFrench FriesSeasonal Fruit rarely doni come across a meal I actually finished in one sitting and I devoured my entire order
