This is absolutely unacceptable and, frankly, disgusting. For the amount of money I paid, receiving three sad, poorly made excuses for sandwiches is beyond disappointing — it’s insulting. The presentation was sloppy, the quality was subpar, and the overall appearance was so unappealing that it felt like no care or effort went into preparing them.

To make matters worse, the food was completely burnt. Not lightly toasted. Not slightly overdone. Completely burnt — as if it had been thrown into a blast furnace and forgotten. The protein was charred to the point of being hard and bitter, and the overall taste reflected that. It was inedible. There is no justification for serving food in that condition, especially at the price charged.
What makes this experience even more frustrating is the difficulty I had simply trying to contact the restaurant. I made several attempts to reach someone and wasn’t able to get through until my fifth call. When a staff member finally answered, I explained my concerns — only to be told that they frequently receive complaints about these particular sandwiches because they are merely reheated on the grill. That explanation is alarming. It completely eliminates any expectation of freshness and raises serious concerns about quality control, not just for this item but potentially across the menu.
At this price point, customers deserve fresh, properly prepared food — not reheated, burnt, carelessly assembled sandwiches that look like they were rushed out without a second glance. I will absolutely not be ordering this again. I am genuinely appalled by this experience and extremely disappointed in the lack of quality, professionalism, and accountability shown.
