Lately I've been disappointed in takeout. Things are cold or soggy or cold and soggy, or something is missing. The Melt Down has definitely impressed me with perfectly toasted buttery bread and flavorful tender beef cuts and actual fresh French fries. I'm happy and this might be my new favorite spot! Keep it consistent and you'll keep this customer:)

The Giddy Up Melt - Combo with brisket burnt ends is perfect for lunch and soo good. The Hittin' Snooze Melt is the perfect breakfast sandwich and I thoroughly enjoyed it. All in all good food and the fries are real potatoes. The Feeling Groovy Melt was not my favorite probably because I just wasn't craving chicken but it has a well balanced flavor and the chicken is cooked perfectly nice and juicy.

SHOCKINGLY GOOD. I got the Hot Mess Melt - Combo and it was just what I wanted. A nice, hot, melty sandwich, with well-seasoned fries and a cold drink. If you're willing to do pickup, you can get this at any hour of the night, because it's run by Denny's.

OMG!!! This was my first time orderIng from The Meltdown and it was delicious! The Feelin' Groovy Melt - Combo was amazing. The bread was perfect, the cheese was melted nicely, the flavors were fantastic, and the chicken, spinach, and mushrooms were cooked just right. The Treatin' Myself Melt was almost orgasmic!! Pound cake, cheesecake, AND strawberries all in the same dessert...who does that??? Everything was beautiful to my tastebuds! I'm a fan and a customer for life!

Rather a stretch to call it a melt when it just comes on regular toasted bread. Also quite overpriced for what you get compared to other sandwich places (Such as Pardon my Cheesecake, Jersey Mikes, etc). Last negative thing is fries aren't seasoned at all unlike what it says in the description.
The sandwich themselves (Giddy Up Melt) is really good though. Probably won't order again though since they are ~5 miles away and obviously delivery make them half cold by the time I get it (especially the fries) but still good overall.
