Ordered two Giddy Up Melt - Combo's and both sandwiches came with huge chunks of burnt ends. Why were these not sliced so they would be biteable? Bbq sauce and cheese were non existent.

ordered the testing Treatin' Myself Melt and it was stale and thrown together haphazardly... there was only a sliver of cheesecake in the middle... I was soo disappointed

Very savory and cooked nicely, it also fills you up after eating a meal; so it's best to eat this after a long day or something. I recommend the hot mess melt.

last time i ordered, they forgot my cucumber salad. this time they remembered but it came in a 2oz container with 2 half slices of cucumber... giddy up combo didn't come with fries, sandwhich is oily and lacks sauce. treating myself was pretty good, but never ordering from here again...
