The food tastes absolutely incredible. I was disappointed that my add on of onion rings came with a total of 4 rings. They were good but not worth almost a dollar a ring

I feel this could have been great, but it was a miss. The burnt ends were dry and large so it wasn’t easy to eat. We ended up just opening the sandwiches and eating the ends. The bread was hard, not crisp, and chewy. The fries were soggy and flavorless, not even salt, and there weren’t many in the combo. Maybe it was the delivery but it showed up cold. They were just sitting in a box and could use foil or paper wraps to help keep them warm and moist. Highly disappointed.

The Classic Meltdown is a great cheese to bread ratio, nicely toasted and good tasting cheese. The French Fries are also good, being a bit more on the salty side, but I like it that way, so it worked out.

meat was mostly burnt, fatty, and scarce. there were very few fies included. I will never order from this place again

Sandwich was fine but the fact that we got a total of 10 fries for almost $4 was ridiculous. Very dissatisfying
