Enjoyed my breakfast burrito. 
I especially appreciate that the eggs were not browned during cooking.
The proportion of meat to cheese to eggs to hash browns was relatively equal, which was tasty.
Portion size was good.  I was full 3/4 through.
Two opportunities for improvement:  
Fully cook the tortilla; and 
Cut way, way, way back on the salt in the sausage gravy.   (I'm so glad I requested it on the side for my hillbilly burrito.  It would've been inedible otherwise)
Price of $15-16 for a breakfast burrito that has no sides seems high.

I paid $60 and didn't receive what I asked for my potato's were hard and no crispy on the outside.  So that mad that meal unenjoyable.  And the fried steak had barely any gravy on it. It doesn't make sense to me they do it half way when you order DoorDash.

not only was our food burnt but the portions are insane with the price 20$ for maybe 2 eggs and almost no veggies and bacon would not recommend

The Strawberry Waffle Combination by itself if enough of a meal fo two, but adding the Side Hash Browns, Coffee, and Fresh Squeezed Orange Juice makes for a perfect indulgence in the morning. Everything was at a perfect temperature and delicious.

Mimosa House is our favorite restaurant for breakfast or brunch! We especially like the blueberry pancakes, the strawberry French toast, and the strawberry crepes.
