Oxtails were nicely seasoned they were just very tiny and not a decent size of meat for my liking but were very tender , the rice does not have enough gravy on it but Side Order of Fried Chicken is very nicely seasoned and crunchy .

I've been eating from Blue Cantina for years and their food is always good but last nights fried chicken and rice and peas was the absolute best that I've ever had.. Chicken was seasoned to perfection. Even the bone had flavor. That nice scotch bonnet pepper taste and rice rice and peas you can taste that amazing coconut flavor. Please keep this chef!!

I was really disappointed with my last visit to Blue Cantina. The codfish tasted like it was just boiled in water with no oil or real seasoning, which is shocking for a Jamaican spot that should know how to handle something this simple. The boiled banana was ripe, sweet and tiny at the same time, which just felt off. Blue Cantina has always been my favorite place for Jamaican food, so this experience really threw me, and now I’m not sure how I feel about going back.

Ummm. Every time I order the Fried Chicken I clean my bowl, as referenced in the pic. This tastes like the food the matriarchs in my jamaican family would make. And the coleslaw...mi mumma. Whoever the cook is, mi love yuh.

The Stew Pork, Curried Goat and peas with rice were all dry and small for the cost of the order.
There were many small bones in all of the meat. Would probably not order again.
