Fries were not real fries, just cooked frozen fries, poutine was not real cheese curds , beer battered cod was nasty old tasty. Big waste of money.

• 18/6/26I would like to express my concern regarding my recent food order. The food was packaged in a paper container that arrived soggy, torn, and unable to properly hold the contents. As a result, the presentation and quality of the meal were negatively affected.
I respectfully suggest using sturdier containers, such as plastic or other leak-resistant packaging, especially for foods that contain moisture or sauces. This would help ensure that orders arrive in good condition and provide a better customer experience.
Thank you for your attention to this matter. I appreciate your consideration and look forward to improved packaging in the future.
