Holy moly, I cannot believe I hadn't been here yet in 9 years of living in Cleburne! Bacon/tomato/mozzarella sandwich, salmon sandwich, portabella sandwich, potato salad and pasta salad are ALL on point. Literally not one complaint. Giant sandwiches, delicious sides... I'm a purple turnip fan forever now.

I have become addicted to The Purple Turnip! The food is always fresh and delicious. I order from here at least 2 times a week. From the Bacon Tomato Mozzarella Sandwich, the Power chicken sandwich(the photo I attached), the avocado chicken sandwich, and the wonderful pasta salad everything has been fantastic so far! generous portions, great flavor, and always fresh.

The bacon tomato mozzarella sandwich was probably one of the best I've ever had. The right balance of cheese, bacon, lettuce, tomato, and sauces. The pasta salad was what I was most worried about when ordering and i was relieved that they make it how I would. It's not creamy, greasy, or tangy like so many places are. Simple but an explosion of flavor. Thank you for making such delicious food!!

I've been eating at the Purple Turnip for more than 20 years. For some reason, the slice of coconut cream pie I just received is less than half the normal size. Please either adjust your prices or give me the other half of my pie.
