During the pandemic, this was probably the best virtual brand on the app. Since then, it's taken a gradual turn for the worse. Wings often arrive over charred yet still somehow not quite hot enough. The variety and quality of sauces have lessened, and the past few orders I was given burnt garlic knots. Perhaps its parent restaurant has recovered nicely (which is great), but it's still a shame to see a once good brand degrade. Given the increased prices and lessened quality, I've given this brand its last chance.

Roasted Wing used to be my go-to for delicious, flavorful wings and mouth-watering garlic knots. The last few times I've ordered, the wings have been burnt, orders have been wrong, and the garlic knots are cold and hard. It's too bad because they used to be so reliably good.

Asked for well done and ended up having to put them in the air fyer. Also salty but for the price? Good enough. I guess.

I have ordered from the r before. First time good. So ordered again and my chicken was burned and my garlic rolls were stale.
