• 23/3/25Food was BOMB. I ordered 2- 3 Meats meal for me and a friend. Brisket was extra moist, sausage on point, and chicken was super flavorful and moist also. Ordered Beef Rib Only but they were out. I can't wait to try them next time. May have just found my new go to bbq spot in Lubbock.

I had really high hopes for this place but my brisket was very very dry. although it was a good portion but I couldn't stomache to choke it down. had no real flavor besides the bark. i tried it with the BBQ sauce and still didnt help. seemed like it was sitting cut for to long. there was no moisture to speak of would not order again.
Stuffed Potato
the stuffed potato was just that stuffed had a very generous portion of meat the potato was huge I ate every bite of it but what choice did I have with my brisket being inedible

• 14/9/26We tried The Shack for the first time today and there was a small item left out of our order, we called the restaurant and I'll just say they went above and beyond to make it right in a way businesses just don't do anymore. The food was delicious, the portions were large everything was fresh, but the customer service was FANTASTIC. We will definitely be back because the food was good, but the way they handled a small aggravating mistake absolutely blew my mind. Definitely give them a try if you haven't.

• 5/12/25Huge portions and absolutely mouth watering. I had the pulled pork, sliced and moist brisket. I will definitely be coming back and recommend to others!
