This place is literally Steak 'n Shake. Google it.
Ordered 2 shakes from here at $11 each. They weren't really all that fantastic considering the price. After a couple seconds of digging we found out that the "shake bar" is some ghost kitchen name used by Steak 'n Shake. I'd advise against buying a shake from there. It's kind of a rip off.

I ordered 3 shakes for me and my coworkers. I ordered the Cookielicious shake for myself and received just a normal chocolate shake. For the price, I should have gotten my toppings and mix ins. Not a very happy camper!

Amazing milkshakes! Decent size although i wish there was more every time i finish it! Still a good consistency when i receive it!
