Best Mexican food in the area. Extremely friendly and super fast staff. The food is flavorful and portions are good. My favorite is the Chicken Fajitas but the burrito is kinda awesome and huge!

I can't put into words how disappointed I was with all of this order. The salsa was not even the slightest bit spicy, the choriqueso was soupy with grease, and the burrito was bland. In short, the price was extremely high for food that can only be described as mediocre (if that) at best.
Definitely will not return or suggest.

I was so impressed!The Chicken Fajitas were perfect!It was a good portion and the peppers/onions weren't over cooked. The Salsa & Chips were great, homemade and fresh.I can't tell you how many times I am disappointed with restaurants, but I will come back here again!

I had such high expectations with this restaurant due to the reviews...
1. The "steak burrito" is a pricier Taco Bell ground beef burrito
2. The elote tasted like it used to be frozen corn and it was extremely watery when delivered
3. The carne asada was missing multiple items that was on the description
The positives were my kids loved the plain quesadilla and that I didn't have to cook tonight.
No authenticity here, would not order again.

Soy cliente de taco factory siempre e ido al lugar muy buena atención , conozco casi todas sus ofertas , hoy decido no ir y ordenar online , y me he llevado una sorpresa, pedí tortas mexicana , y apenas tenía picadillo de pollo , lardon por la cual digo esto es que usado e ido siempre pido tortas y tre bastante y hoy pedí a domicilio y la verdad perdí el dinero ,
