Elote shrimp tacos- 3.5/5 really enjoyed them. Very filling, bigger than usual street tacos. Small amount of fries.
Thai peanut crispy chicken wings- 4/5 not too sweet nor to savory. Really tasty a great fushion of 2 classics. (Door dash only)
Fresh onion smash burger - 5/5. A solid burger. There was so much garlic that the fries absorbed some just from being in the box, very tasty. Sad at the very small portion of fries and very minimal amount of ketchup.
Food is a banger. Location is a huge miss- glad to see partnerships and creative collaborations but definitely felt unsafe for us to be there.

Southwest chicken salad was just wilted lettuce from a bad, would be better without the raw white onions, also very small for the price. The smashed French onion burger was very very soggy and also way too expensive for the ten fries included. The mozzarella "fritters" for 14$ just cheese sticks a bit overcooked and nearly black. Very disappointing. Sad face.

First time trying the Upper Room and it won't be the last. The Elote Shrimp Tacos were overflowing with delicious flavors and ingredients. I did not expect such a generous portion of shrimp but was delighted. The side serving of fries with nacho cheese arrived hot. The dip delivered the perfect heat level. I definitely recommend this restaurant.

I ordered before I ordered the Smashburger. I ordered the meatball sandwich, which was excellent. I wasn't crazy about the hamburger. I don't know why I just wasn't what I thought it would be, but I don't know this is a great place to eat.

The French onion smash burger was SO good. I expected it to be very onionyane cheesy and intense, instead it basically perfectly married the ingredients to something more mellow. Best burger I've had in billings.
