Vegan Big Bowl (16 oz) (Fully Loaded) "includes extra avocado", per description, but when I DO order extra avocado, they don't actually add any extra but still charge me for the extra. When I order the vegan bowl as-is, it STILL never includes extra avocado, just has the same amount as my husband's regular bowl. Impossible to get what I actually order here, which is frustrating because the food is SO good & fresh. Not sure if I'll order again.

Beans seemed undercooked and wasn't as good as I remember. Was cold too.
