My partner and I love to support local businesses and today was our first time trying Thick Vato's and Tacos. Absolutely floored. My partner ordered the chicken Burrito and as you'll see in the photos, I had their Birria Torta and OH MY GOD. Both of us will be ordering it again!!! Hot, juicy, delicious. Thick and tender slices of meat. The torta was way bigger than I expected and definitely worth the money.
Look them up on IG too. He seems like a very good guy, great cook, and has such a way with flavor. I picked up my food this time and everything was super quick, ready in 15 mins. Definitely going back soon. Thank youu

Is this place new? You know the name had me hooked so I had to try it.....and best decision ever!! The BIG CHEESE QUESADILLAS and the 3 Quesabirrias special were amazing. Huge portions, reasonably priced, and delicious, fresh ingredients! This is going to be my new go-to for a minute.

The tacos were delicious. I would recommend extra cheese and the asada. The meat is great quality not chewy or tuff but super tender and juicy. The street tacos should be called a mound of meat with a little tortilla they don't skimp on the the meat on those for two bucks there fantastic and there birrira is also fantastic. Would highly recommend.

Babeeeeee... when I tell you the name fits the serving size ... I ordered the 3 quesabirria tacos chicken and birria << spell check lol ... and the loaded fries ..the fries had so much meat and every bite had a hidden gem of perfect cheese melt .. loved it !! This will be my favorite taco spot from now on .. Good job y'all

We have finally found a great Mexican food spot in the North Highlands area! The AL PASTOR BURRITO my husband had was so much great food for value. We shared the Birria Lumpia which was fun and unique. I had the QUESABIRRIA with the birria and pastor for meat options and both were fantastic. The consume was out of this world! I kept going back and taking sips of it even after I was full, it was that good! We will definitely be coming back/ordering from here again.
