Very good and rich in flavor. A lot of healthy protein.

A bowl full of rice, less than 10
Pieces of meat. Just horrible and no utensils to eat with.

The 60g of protein is false advertising so do not buy if you want it for the protein. I'd be surprised if it even had half that. The portion of chicken is probably like half a scoop from chipotle, huge let down especially when you advertise the protein....
