Cookies are good. Great customer service. Since DoorDash doesnt let you customize the message, I called after I placed the order and it was not a problem creating the message verbally. The message comes in a card

Cookies are not warm like they usually are. The sugar cookies now have powdered sugar on the top. This is new and was not included in the description. Also the box was not tied close. I don't think I will eat these.

The cookies arrived warm and beautifully packaged. The box came wrapped with a cute bow and in a nice store bag. The cookies were warm and so delicious!!!
