Coffee tasted burnt, it was also missing the flavour shot. The iced Capp was filled 3/4 full which would have been ok if 3/4 of the price had been paid.

Your items quality have been going downhill for a while. All the items I ordered were not fresh. Very dry. I'm done spending my money on your products
