Substituted a cheap regular doughnut for a specialty doughnut and tried not to give me the proper refund. Tell it it was complained about then only decided to give me a refund of the price difference and the donut was stale.

Iced Capp filled just over half way, how somebody could look at this and be comfortable presenting it to a customer is embarrasing.

This Tims location is poorly managed. Store cannot meet service as advertised. No communication, no effort to fix errors. Store menu needs to be updated and managed correctly.
Ordering food may not be worth the wait.
Sorry , but Tim's in Newfoundland, especially in the main city, St. John's, needs to get better online service. This has been a problem for a long time, prices are unreasonable for such poor service.
