the hashbrown was cold, my double double had little to no sugar and tasted more like water than coffee, my wife's iced coffee did not have the normal amount of cream in it/was very dark and did not have extra sugar cane - usually like this location, but today's order was terrible quality

Hashbrown hard as a rock. Paid for extra cheese and didnt get it. Ice Capp looks like it was half drunk. Disgusted.

Can you make an option for half cream for online ordering ? also the ice caps do not taste like they have any flavor to them the last week of ordering them and I drink 2 to 3 of these a day and it's all I drink.

the timbits weren't glazed at all and only three kinds in a 20 pk
