4.5 stars today. Breakfast and Timbits were great. Received Hot Chocolate instead of PSL which could have been corrected if purchased in store.

ordered a large iced coffee with oat milk. they gave me a medium iced coffee made with cream . I can't have dairy so I just have this iced coffee that I can't even drink and they refunded me half the price of the iced coffee. absolutely atrocious

Missing farmers wrap and no straws in the bag for our drinks. We order at the location quite often because we are nearby and there's always something missing

I ordered a ice cap with cream and they didn't add the cream to it so I just paid more money for nothing
