No customization for coffees, not enough cream and sugar supplied, coffee tasted burnt, timbits were half plain and the box was soggy because it was placed on top of coffees, almost no sauce on wraps.

Charged extra (for higher cost Hogwarts donut) when 2 of the 6 were plain donuts from the regular menu.

Icecap didnt taste normal and wasnt even full as seen in photo (only had 1 sip) . I was not impressed with my order today.
