• 15/8/25I paid an extra $4+ for delivery. Tim Hortons chose to put all of my food into a tiny bag that squished my donut and melted the icing. They got my muffin order wrong. I received a chocolate chip muffin instead of the Strawberry Cheesecake Muffin and my Sausage Breakfast Sandwich was burnt. Extremely unhappy with this order.

• 9/11/25I'm a little disappointed with the hot chocolate, it doesn't taste like it does when I go to the location myself. Tastes a bit watered down and not as rich.
