no idea what happened to Hortons. They have really gone down hill. The Hash Browns were soggy. Not nearly cooked crispy enough. Ryan's Scrambled Egg Loaded Breakfast Box - Sausage & Bacon was good but not worth what you pay for it. You get very little.

When I received the vanilla latte, the spout area made to drink out of was open. I've been sick and just wanted something warm and sweet. Tim Hortons should integrate some kind of seal, like a large sticker overtop the lid to ensure dashers do not tamper with the food.

so this came looking like mocha, tastes awful, like they didn't put cream or sugar in it just flavoring

I didn't receive my orange juice I got apple with no mention of substitution and I got 2 donuts I didn't request without mention and I don't like the donuts at all.
