Ooops, I did it again. I was an idiot and thought I'd try this Tim Horton's again, AND WHY? Because it was just as bad this time, as it has always been in the past. My Turkey Bacon Club had NO BACON and I asked for no lettuce & tomato, they weren't on it, but I could see the remnants of tomato and lettuce so they clearly took them off the sandwich prior to delivery. And I barely received 4 slices of turkey. They used to load it up so you got your money's worth, this sandwich is almost $10 now and today, I clearly didn't receive a $10 sandwich. Also, I ordered a Coke in a bottle, but instead I got a watered down fountain pop. If the plan is to send a fountain drink and not a bottle then fix that in the app, it is very misleading. The worst was I ordered the Snowman Donut but didn't receive it. I paid for it, but didn't get it. I even chose "contact me" if there is a problem, however my phone never rang. Just tired of this store always being bad, do better Tim Horton's, shame on you, work on encouraging your employees to take pride in the orders they prepare and you, as a company, should take pride in the quality of your food, as well as the QUALITY of your EMPLOYEES that work for you. Whatever happened to quality Customer Service?

I don't know why I keep ordering from this restaurant. Their employees don't care about getting your order right. They even joke about it. They are sloppy and rude. My sandwich was wrong, the bread was hard and the bacon on my Turkey Bacon Club was RAW! I asked for a bottle of Coke, as listed on the menu, and I got a Medium Fountain Coke that was flat & watered down, disgusting! Again, it's my fault because I keep thinking it will get better. WRONG - 3rd time in the last 10-days and something was horribly wrong WITH EVERY ORDER. And they are NOT CHEAP. I work from home & work hard for my money to just throw it away at a place that doesn't care about the customer, getting an order right or taking pride in their job. I'm definately done DoorDashing from Tim's and may be done with the restaurant FOREVER!

Against my better judgment I paid the extra $4 for extra cream cheese on my bagel. I ended up getting less than normal amount. What a waste.

Did not receive one of our donuts , one of our drinks was wrong..and the chocolate iced donuts were just shoved in a bag making the icing all over the bag instead of the donuts. Also one of our vanilla cream donuts was replaced with a Boston cream
