Bagel made incorrectly with items added to it that weren't even an option when ordering. Bagel was hard, rock solid. Iced mocha latte had no milk, and donut was stuck to the bag and all frosting came off.

I usually don't have problems with Tim Horton's but today got the wrong sandwich. I got plain bagel with cream cheese instead of the Sausage Bagel Breakfast Sandwich . When I tried the help feature, it asked for a photo upload which I am not good at doing.

I ordered an iced coffee and a bagel, they put my iced coffee in the same bag with the bagel. Not sure why or who thought putting a drink in a bag was a good idea, but when it arrived the coffee was spilled everywhere. So no drink, and soggy bagel.

Our poor dasher had to go back after delivering because Timmies forgot to give the Timbits® Multi-Pack to her. All the food was cold despite her having to wait for the food, and they didn't get the order correct. As a Canadian this Timmies is not up to par with the ones from home. Best to avoid.
