Staff member at this location was alone . My order took longer than expected because this establishment overworks their staff. I had friends in this time hortons , the staff went above and beyond to clear a huge lineup while atill fulfilling orders

The turkey avocado club had no avocado in it. The Nutella croissant had hardly any nutella in it. I wish I could order from a different location since the Kingston Rd and Main location has only 2 sandwiches on the menu. The menu from this location is very limited in its choices.

Iced Capps taste the like cream is sour. Bagels cold, not cut, barely any cream cheese.

We ordered a dozen assorted, 5 of those were the same and were not too fresh, they didnt taste very good. This is the first time we received an order we werent happy with from this location, probably won't order again
