this place takes care of fellow Canadians. with apologetic notes and added items to orders to compensate any item not available. above and beyond. it's nice to see a Tims with this level of costumer service. I appreciate you. especially the one who started the note system.

was not informed that they were out of a certain product and it was substituted with a product I cannot eat without my knowledge. I only knew because there was a small unprofessional note scribbled on the back of receipt paper. I will be contacting the restaurant to make a formal complaint
