Tinas never disappoints! The salmon was cooked and seasoned to perfection while the yuca rice and maduros made the perfect sides. Compliments to the restaurant!

Im a Cuban from Miami who was spoiled with traditional family cooking from my mom and family, so my expectations were really high and while the meal gave me some nostalgia with the smell, the cuban taste i hoped for just wasn't all there for me. Dont get me wrong it was good - hence the 4 stars! But it was lacking the cuban flavor I grew up with in Miami with my family . The Cubano didnt have enough sauce but the meats were cooked to perfection. The Papa rellena (beef) was good but it didnt taste like there was the Cuban season im familiar with. The Fried Yuca was really great taste wise woththe mojo ! I wish I got to eat it fresh for the nice crispy perfection I could tell they cooked it to. Surprisingly the star of the show for me was the Beef empanada. I LOVE empandas and I haven't had one cooked well in that Cuban way that I love in a long time. The pastry dough was perfect and the meat was cooked perfect. In terms of seasoning overall I wish everything had more cuban style seasoning.

Pernil / Roast Pork was a little dry though it tasted good.Cubanoi asked for mayo and mayonnaise, if it was onthere I couldn't taste it, fortunatelyi had some.
all in all it's got the flavor I was looking for .. advice, order early.
