Nikki salad is so fresh with tofu and they always provide enough dressing on the side. Tofu roll is good too - sweet sauce is added to the roll but not too much that it's overpowering. Plenty of ginger, wasabi and soy sauce provided.

The Nikko Salad has gone downhill for me. It used to have a decent amount of the veggies, mandarin oranges, and avacado. 
Recently we have been getting bowls stuffed with spring mix lettuce, 5 slices of mandarin oranges, timy amount of bell pepper and almonds. The half avacado was approximately the size of a silver dollar sliced into small slices. When T.J.'s first started,this salad was phenomenal! Sad to see all the skimping being done now!

The Banh Mi Bowl* was absolutely fire. Next time I order I'll probably add an extra egg because that sous vide was perfect with a scoop of rice and that fresh pickled veg. Perfect lunch plate, not too heavy.

Salmon Bowl is essentially flavorless, even after drowning it in spicy teriyaki sauce. They forgot the peanut sauce for the White Chicken Bowl so not sure what that is supposed to taste like/if its any good. Pretty disappointing overall.
