One of the best meals I've had in the past few months. The pork is phenomenal and the pairing with the cabbage salad, rice, sauce and wasabi is a really well thought out combination. There's nothing better than a dish where you can taste the chef's creative and craft on the plate. Kudos to the team.

Pork is always tender. Choice of two sauces and lemon. Generous portion - not able to eat all in one sitting.

Not much meat, very high price... the packaging good but that's about it :/
