Everything arrived and was dressed according to our special instructions! The burgers and BBQ bologna were all delicious and I appreciated the portion sizes. My wife said her beans were the best she'd had in awhile.

had The Fireman this morning for the first time looks good but tastes great, and fresh definitely a 10 out of 10 You have to have it dressed the Tops way for someone like me who has a healthy appetite I don't eat too much and not too little it's the perfect portion

Always check your whole order before leaving the store or have the dasher double check with staff! The price of the banana pudding is very much overrated. It's just pudding and cookies and the portion size is really only enough for a children's meal. The cheeseburger looks appetizing, but once your tastebuds kick in they tell of the deception.  Theys have to season your burgers so it has taste.  I cannot speak on other locations because when I go to the one downtown, never have this type of problem! I think it's best to take a page out of their book find out what they're doing and repeat at this location. No matter the price of what you charge. If it's not Quality nobody is going to buy.

I recently ordered from Topps and unfortunately had a mixed experience. When I got home, I realized several items were missing from my order. The bag was sealed, so there wasn’t an opportunity to check it before leaving, which made it frustrating once I discovered the issue.
The meat itself was good, but it didn’t quite live up to the quality I’ve come to expect based on my previous visits. That was a bit disappointing.
On a positive note, the banana pudding was excellent—definitely the highlight of the meal.
Overall, not my best experience with Topps, but I’m hopeful it was just an off day.

I come from Nashville and the Carolinas. I never skip Tops when I'm in Memphis. My wife has demanded I bring her home a Fireman and some BBQ Mac n cheese with that brisket baby! All the bougie BBQ places in town can't compete.
