Food is solid, especially the fried chicken, and gyudon and the ONSEN egg, which really hits the spot

Found my new sushi spot! Everything was packaged beautifully and thoughtfully, and the items were prepared perfectly. The packaging presentation didn't make me feel like i was just getting sushi to go, but that I'm still getting the experience of the restaurant. I got the short rib, miso soup, truffle fries, a spicy tuna roll, a cucumber avocado roll, and assorted nigiri. Little things make a difference with sushi -- the cucumber was fresh and crunchy, the spicy tuna mix not too mayo-y, the ginger is good quality and the wasabi pinched by hand. I will be ordering from here again!

Everything I tried was mediocre for what it costs. The Mentaiko Pasta was very heavy and somewhat tasted like udon noodles covered in spicy mayo. Just okay. The Surf and Turf roll is definitely not worth the price, save your money. Bland strips of meat on top of an average shrimp tempura roll. The Negitoro Roll was also just okay, but comparable to what you can get at any local sushi establisment. The best thing I had was the Beef Short Rib skewer, but beware that the portion will have you questioning your decision to spend $8 on 2-3 bites of food... I'm a bit disappointed be I was looking forward to trying here based on the reviews. Perhaps the in person experience is much better, but as far as delivery goes, not much to write home about.

This is my favorite dish at this restaurant, but everything I've had here is great. The katsu is always perfectly crispy and the curry is rich.

The Mentaiko Pasta I had the other day was crafted generously with the rich sauce and the bacon cuts through the creaminess and gives another texture to entertain the mouth and tongue . Maybe my chef was different or happy that day cause it was AMAZING! I had to order it on door dash today cause I'm from California and can't drive but at the restaurant was fire
