8.5/10, the cake was dense with three layers and strawberry between the bottom layer and middle layer. One note was that the cake came a little...wet? The ribbon on the bottom was soggy. I believe it may have been due to the cake being frozen then thawed. Don't know if that's a one-off thing but enjoyed the cake nevertheless:-)
